Exciting opportunity with a leading firm in technology transactions and outsourcing! Work closely with high profile partners, learn from some of the best attorneys in this space and work directly with major clients on key business matters. At least 5 years' experience is needed in technology transactions, software licensing, and major commercial agreements. Experience with SaaS, IT, MSAs a plus.
Advise buyers on all aspects of outsourcing and complex technology acquisitions. Draft and negotiate major transactions for startups, mid market and Fortune 100 multinational clients in the context of M&As, spin offs, renewal and negotiations, RFP generation.
This position is ideally based in Austin, Texas, or Washington, D.C. in a non-partnership track role. Reduced hours with strong commensurate compensation and full benefits. Open to candidates with related backgrounds and in-house experience who wish to transition to private practice.
