Financial institution located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary Facilities Clerk. This position will start ASAP, last for at least 3 months and will require 5 days in office. Hours 8:00am-6:00pm, with availability for OT before and after hours, and on weekends as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining kitchen and copy room equipment, as well as restocking supplies and deliveries
- Set up/break down of meetings
- Light tidying
- Running errands
- Assisting with mail
- Moving light furniture
- Additional tasks as requested
Qualifications:
- Experience in a facilities related role in a corporate office environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- "Nothing is beneath me" mentality and service oriented
- Comfortable being on your feet most of the day, and traveling between 2 office locations
Compensation/Benefits:
Hourly rate: $20-25/hr DOE
