Our client, a financial services company located in Waltham, is seeking a Transition Management Fees Associate to join their team! In this role you will assist with calculating, collecting, and reconciling management fees for the growing advisory program, with more than $100 billion in assets under management. This role is compensating up to $22/hr on the contract side. Qualified candidates are encourage to apply for immediate consideration!

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing management fee setup for advisory accounts; working with advisors and various third parties to ensure proper processing of advisor management fees
• Providing indispensable customer service via phone and email; responding to inquiries from advisors and others regarding management fees
• Reconciling and resolving discrepancies in advisory management fee processing
• Backing up our in-house Service Center team by answering questions, as well as investigating and resolving escalated issues
