Our client, a real estate company, is looking for a Tenant Service Representative to join their office in the downtown Chicago area. In this position, you will be providing general support to the entire office. This position pays up to $20/hr.
About You:
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support
- Answering phones, screening calls and relay messages
- Greeting visitors and direct them to their destination
- Manage the mail and monitor deliveries
- Handle tenant complaints and requests
