Our client, a real-estate investment firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a direct-hire Tenant Services Coordinator to join their busy team!

About you:

  • 1+ years of administrative, clerical, accounting, or tenant services/customer relations experience.
  • Previous experience with commercial properties and professional associations is preferred.
  • Possess excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Work, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Possess excellent multitasking, collaboration, oral/written communication skills.
  • Ability to be 100% on-site at the Washington, DC location.

The Job:

  • Greet visitors, guests, and clients and screen/forward calls to appropriate staff.
  • Act as the liaison between tenants and the lobby attendant, senior property manager, and general manager for property related issues.
  • Work with tenants on requests; collaborate with maintenance to ensure requests/concerns are handled.
  • Process invoices, support expense budget preparation, and handle reporting.
  • Assist the senior property manager with the planning/coordination of tenant events or other special projects.
  • Complete additional tasks and special projects as required.

This is a direct-hire position that offers a salary of between $55K-$68K, depending on experience.
