Our client, a real estate company, is looking for a Tenant Service Representative to join their team in the downtown Chicago area. In this position, you will be in charge providing administrative support to the Property Management team and maintain relationships between the company and its tenants. This position, based on experience, pays $50k.

About You:

• Must have an High school diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must have experience in an office setting. Real estate experience is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be a strong with planning, organization and with problem solving skills
• Must have strong verbal and written communication

Responsibilities:

• Type general correspondence and memos
• Data entry, update project schedules and other administrative tasks
• Track business and insurance certificates
• Create and distribute building's monthly newsletter
• General scanning, filing, and digitizing
• Organize department lunches, meetings and business travel
