Our client, a real estate company, is looking to hire a Tenant Services Representative to join their team in the downtown area. In this position, you will provide admin support to the Management Team. This position pays, based on experience, up to $50k.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send all in/outgoing mail and packages
- Type memos, and create and distribute monthly building newsletter
- Maintain and update employee, client and customer contact databases
- Ensure 100% accuracy of certificates of insurance for tenants and contractors
About You:
- High School Diploma required; BS/BA preferred
- Experience is a corporate o
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure
- Commercial real estate experience a plus
