Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Program Manager who has prior experience leading , managing, and coaching project managers for a contract to hire opportunity in Fort Lauderdale. We're seeking a Program Manager who has experience leading both technology and business process optimization projects and who has blend of experience with both waterfall and agile. The ideal candidate will hold their PMP and Agile certifications. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a newly formed PMO focused on digital transformation and business process optimization and have a key hand in establishing processes, documentation, and best practice standards for the PMO. We're seeking a highly effective communicator who enjoys collaboration , team building, and relationship management for internal as well as external stakeholders. This role is on site in Fort Lauderdale.

Required Skills:

7 plus years of progressive Project and Program Management experience

Strong command of PMO best practices, guidelines, processes, and governance

Experience with Waterfall and Agile

Experience leading technology projects and initiatives tied to digital transformation, business process optimization, and vendor management

Prior experience leading, managing, and/or coaching project managers

Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal

Strong relationship building and management skills for both internal and external stakeholders

Bachelor's Degree
