Required Skills:

5-7 years of professional experience as IT Project Manager with experience in at least 1 enterprise PMO environment

2-3 years of experience with Agile methodologies , ceremonies, and acting as Scrum Master for 1-2 teams

Experience with Jira - able to create dashboards and run reports for team metrics, velocity tracking , etc

Experience documenting meeting minutes, updating PPM , raising risks, and status reporting

Experience working as PM and SM working with in house software development teams and projects

CSM Certification

Flexible - experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies

Driver personality

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Team oriented and able to build relationships with engineering leaders as well as product and business leaders

Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an Agile Project Manager for a long term contract opportunity. We're seeking candidates with 5-7 years of experience working as Agile Project Manager and Scrum Mater. In this role, you will be stepping in to lead and manage several small to midsized roadmap projects vs one large initiative. You will also be responsible for leading agile ceremonies and acting as Scrum Master for 1-2 teams. We're envisioning this role to be broken down 50/50 between traditional PM and SM tasks. You will be responsible for documenting meeting minutes, updating PPM Pro, raising risks, and stakeholder updates. You will also be responsible for creating dashboards and providing team metrics for velocity tracking using Jira and advising on agile/scrum best practices. We're seeking a driver who can come in and take ownership to lead projects and build strong relationships internally.
