Required Skills:
At least 8 years of experience in a management role
Knowledge of data warehousing / ETL technologies
Strong understanding of financial data analysis tools and systems (ex: Oracle Financials, BI analytics)
An eager individual, who is excited to learn new technologies
Experience within security/compliance environment
Can explain technical terms in a nontechnical way
Desired Skills:
Hospitality industry is a huge plus
PM experience is beneficial (they will be leading PMs & they find this is helpful for the day to day)
Auditing experience is a bonus
Description of Role/Responsibilities:
We are seeking an individual who has at least 8 years of experience in a management role, within a technical environment. This person will be responsible for the build out of the financial technology department within an enterprise level company. Great communication is a must, as you will work alongside various team & C-suites. This person will be responsible with evaluating the existing technical environment's that current data is stored (both on prem & cloud) in, and advising which direction the department should go in.
