Beacon Hill Legal is actively seeking experienced attorney candidates to join an AmLaw 200 Philadelphia law firm on a remote basis, focusing on assisting the firm's consumer finance team with title review and NJ foreclosure work.
Qualified candidates must be actively licensed to practice in at least one US jurisdiction. Additionally, candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply:
- Experience handling NJ Foreclosure experience on the bank side/representing the creditors;
- Experience working with title insurance companies on title claims;
- Experience curing title issues up before moving forward with a foreclosure;
- High volume experience preferred.
