Our client, a management company, is looking for a Travel Coordinator to join their team in the downtown Chicago area. In this position you will be scheduling travel arrangements and taking care of any follow up that is needed. This position, based on experience pays anywhere from $60k to $65k.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in office admin
- Experience booking domestic and international air and hotel
- Experience with Concur a plus
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics with travel, hotel and corporate housing vendors
- Support tracking of US travel via Concur and Jira; manage travel itineraries as needed
- Be a local point of contact for all things workplace experience and work closely with workplace vendors
