Job Duties
* Develop and implement policies and procedures that will improve the Company's Treasury and cash management functions
* Partner with teams in Credit, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to document their impact on the cash process for use in cash forecasting.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive cash flow forecasting model, using the data to manage cash across the Company's accounts.
* Reconcile cash on a daily basis in the Integrity system and monthly as part of the close process.
* Assist in the implementation of the Treasury Workstation upgrade, including process development, documentation, and team roll out
* Maintain technical expertise and ensuring all Treasury-related GAAP issues are identified, reviewed with the Controller and CFO, documented in memo/policy/procedure format, and reviewed with external auditors for approval and sign-off prior to the annual audit process.
* Communicate with banks, asset managers, and third-party service providers on behalf of the company and its subsidiaries
* Support annual audit procedures and liaison with management as well as internal and external auditors
* Assist with special projects and other duties, as needed.

Education, Training, Experience
* 2+ years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting or a related field
* Experience working with financial statements and cash forecasting
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Understanding of financial statements and financial reporting processes at a deep level from an analytical standpoint (not as a preparer of accounting processes)
* Understanding of full P&L and working capital impacts on company's liquidity
* Strong understanding of free cash flow concepts, principles and forecasting process, both direct and indirect methods
* Outstanding Excel modelling skills
* Ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate and draw conclusions from large amounts of data
* Understanding of core treasury activities such as cash management and working knowledge of Treasury systems will be considered a plus
* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Integrity a plus)
* Strong technical knowledge aligned to business operations
* Extremely well organized and detail-oriented
* Excellent verbal & written communication and research skills
* Adaptable in a frequently-changing, fast-paced environment
