We are looking for individuals to join a rapidly growing support team headquartered in Columbus, OH. These individuals will be responsible for receiving and responding to company work orders through phone calls and email. This will be a hybrid position; candidates must be open to non-traditional work hours including nights, weekends, and some select holidays. This company offers a great team atmosphere as well as a willingness to train candidates on any technical issues/hardware/software that this person is not familiar with, pending they have the right attitude, are quick learners and reliable.
