Position Title: Support Analyst
Required Skills:
Prior support experience OR technical degree OR IT certifications
Excellent customer-service skills and follow up ability
Ability to think quickly and escalate issues
Ability to translate technical information into non-technical terms
Excellent communication both written & verbal
Desired Skills:
Experience logging calls using a ticketing system
Description of Role/Responsibilities:
We are looking for individuals who have either been on a helpdesk, who have prior customer service or phone support experience or candidates who are looking to kick off their IT careers.
