Required Skills:
3+ years of professional experience in an IT desktop support role
Must be able to solve issues in person and over the phone
Must have experience troubleshooting password resets and login issues
Must have experience in computer builds
Experience with Azure virtual desktops is required
Experience with troubleshooting MS Teams and Zoom is ideal
Experience with Window 10 and 11 required
Must be able to troubleshoot MS Office and e-mail issues
Experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues is required
Experience with Active Directory and Exchange is highly desired
Experience with Office 365 is ideal
Experience troubleshooting Horizon vmware is ideal
Must be able to troubleshoot Jabber issues
Experience with MDT or other imaging tools is ideal
Experience with InTune is a plus
Experience with basic printer and network troubleshooting is required
Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize requests
Experience working within a ticketing system is required
Must take initiative and have ability and desire to learn
Experience supporting basic user and operating system issues required
Must have strong customer services skills
Job/Project Description:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to work in a small team for a larger company. The chosen person will support users in person and over the phone on any and all computer and basic network related issues on a day-to-day basis. This person will also have support from more senior IT team members to assist with more difficult user issues. If you are a self-motivated professional who is looking for an opportunity to work independently but also in a team environment, this is the role for you.
