Desktop Support Technician (Boston, MA OR Remote EST/CST Only) compensation: $85-90k
A National leader in staff augmentation and recruiting seeks to hire a Desktop Support Technician for it's Desktop/Help Desk needs.
YOUR CAREER GOALS
You enjoy solving problems for others and being the consummate service provider. You want to join a desktop support team that is actively growing and building out complicated, nationwide projects in the software and hardware space.
YOUR AMAZING QUALITIES
You're passionate about providing the highest quality of service in a timely manner and believe yourself to be efficient, calm, and agile.
And if you've got knowledge or experience in:
- Azure
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneNote, Teams)
- Active Directory
- ServiceNow
- Windows
- SSO
...those are certainly pluses!
You must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced, sales oriented environment. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills here are absolutely essential.
