Our client in Philadelphia is looking for a UCC Telecom Systems Administrator to join their team. This is a hybrid position and permanent role by way of contract-to-hire.

Position Description:

• Proactive monitoring and maintenance of the following:
• Voice
• Telephony
• Branch equipment
• Unified Communication (UCC) systems
• Configure, install, monitor, support, maintain UCC products
• Act as the first point of escalation to respond/resolve:
• service fulfillment request tasks
• service incidents
• process change order tasks
• Travel locally for repair, training, and deployment on Voice, Telephony, and Unified Communication systems

Required Skills:

• 1+ year Cisco Unified Communication Administrator (CUCA) or CUCM experience
• 1+ year Cisco VoIP experience
• Monitoring/maintenance, training, configuration, deployment, installation experience with Voice, Telephony, and UCC systems
• 1+ years LAN/WAN, Internet
• 1+ years of ACD
• 1+ year Cisco Unity Connection and Extension Mobility
• Cisco VOIP Telecom Suite: Expressways, Call Center, Call Manager
• Strong working understanding of Windows Operating System
• Ability to work independently and in a professional manner in the office, at client site and at other locations
• Ability to communicate clearly and in a professional manner in person, on the phone and via written correspondence
• Excellent communication skills to work with business users and other IT teams
