Our client, a real estate company, is looking for a Volunteer Leadership Development Contractor to join their team in the downtown Chicago area. In this position, you will be responsible for the coordination and communications of high-profile volunteer leadership programs and projects. This position, based on experience pays up to $75k.

About You:

• 3+ years of experience in program management or related field
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking skill
• Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Working knowledge using Jira, Zoom, Asana and other web-based programs
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office-Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

• Communicate program expectations to participants and guide them through the annual schedule of sessions, meetings, and check-ins
• Use the approved budget to plan and execute Graduation and alumni networking events
• Track and import live class rosters and ensure student and association data is accurate
• Distribute certificates upon Vision course completion
• Educate associations on the process to host courses and assist in instructor selection that meet their members' needs
• Provide support to members for on-line courses through online provider
• Monitor company inbox for inquiries and answer participant questions
• Work with convention(s) to identify, contract and book hotel rooms for participants
