Medium sized UK held corporation is in search for a VP of Finance. The ideal candidate will need a BS in Accounting/Finance as well as a CPA or MBA preferred, GAAP/IFRS knowledge and experience developing strategy, coordinating management and executive team and experience developing SOP's. Responsibilities include providing financial leadership, strategic planning, including input on commercial strategies, tender pricing, margin contributions, product planning, working capital and cash flow analysis, budgeting and forecasting and manage internal relationships while supervising 8 employees. These roles do not come around too often. I have worked with the company in the past and the UK leadership is exemplary. Salary to $160K plus bonus.
